Bikers love their motorcycles - you might even say they are man's (or woman's) best friend. As much as riders love their bikes, bikers also tend to love their dogs. That's why you'll see some folks out and about at Biketoberfest® with their "best friend" riding along with them.


Speaking of dogs - the Halifax Humane Society is holding their "Ruff Ride" October 12 at 5 p.m. The ride departs from HHS, 2364 West LPGA Blvd., Daytona Beach, and costs $10 per person, which includes a VIP reception at the Bank & Blues Club on Main Street. All proceeds go to help abandoned animals in our community.
